We recommend you consult with your health care provider on which strength retinol is best for your skin type. Generally, those that have previously included a retinol in their regimen can safely use the 0.5 retinol. Those who are new to retinol should begin using the 0.25 retinol until tolerated nightly then if desired, can switch to the 0.5 retinol.
