HALOTHERAPY ROOM/ ACTIVE HIMALAYAN SALT ROOM
WHAT IS HALOTHERAPY? IS IT SAFE?
Halotherapy, also known as salt therapy, is a holistic treatment that involves inhaling micro-particles of salt in a controlled environment, often referred to as a salt room or cave. This practice is based on the principles of natural salt caves found in Eastern Europe, where people have long visited to alleviate respiratory and skin conditions. The therapeutic process offers various health benefits, such as improving respiratory ailments like asthma, allergies, and bronchitis, as well as promoting better skin health by reducing inflammation and irritation. During a session, individuals relax in a room where a halogenerator disperses fine pharmaceutical-grade salt particles into the air, which are then inhaled or absorbed through the skin.
