CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are responsible for supplying precise and comprehensive details about your medical history, allergies, and any pre-existing conditions that could affect your eligibility for specific treatments.

  • It is essential that you adhere to the pre- and post-treatment instructions given by our professionals to the best results and minimize any potential risks or complications.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:

  • Appointments for our services can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or in person.

  • We make an effort to accommodate your preferred date and time; however, please be aware that availability may vary. We respectfully request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the seamless operation of our schedule.

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment duration or the need to reschedule.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:

  • Payment for services is required the time of booking or upon completion of your appointment and/or service provided, accordance with the agreed-upon terms. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may occur, necessitating the cancellation orcheduling of appointments.

  • To avoid any associated fees, we kindly request a minimum notice period cancellations.

CONFIDENTIALITY: 

  • We prioritize the confidentiality and privacy of our clients' information All personal or medical information disclosed during consultations or treatments will be managed with the highest level of discretion and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Your trust is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to safeguarding your information.

 LIABILITY:

  • At Flawless Med Spa, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding service and results

  • . Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments, provided that all procedures are performed in accordance with professional standards.

  • We recommend that clients discuss any concerns or expectations with us prior to treatment to address potential issues and ensure a clear understanding.

  • Your comfort and satisfaction remain our highest priorities.

INTANGIBLE ASSETS:

  • All content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, images, and text displayed on our website or promotional materials, is property of FLAWLESS FOREVER MED SPA and shall not be used without written consent from Abby Hagen, Owner.

AMENDMENTS:

  • Flawless Forever Med Spa maintains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification.

  • Any revisions will take effect immediately after being posted on our website.

  • By utilizing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT:

  •  By using our services, you agree to keep confidential any information you receive from us that is marked as confidential or that, by its nature, should be considered confidential.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, our business plans, customer lists, negative comments or discussions against Flawless Forever Med Spa, and technical information.

  • You agree not to disclose this information to any third party without our prior written consent.

  • The obligation to maintain shall remain in effect indefinitely. If you violate this confidentiality agreement, we may seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief.

NO CHARGEBACKS CLAUSE:

  • To protect Flawless Forever Med Spa LLC, we have included a No Charge Back Clause. You, the client, agree that you will not contact your bank to dispute the purchase transaction.

  • You have read and agree to the services provided and clearly understand what the service entails, what it may provide for you your skin, side effects, unforeseen circumstances, post-care instructions, unrealistic results, and that results vary from person to person. You may need more than one treatment or session package.

  • If you, the customer, are not satisfied with the service provided, you will contact Flawless Forever Med Spa within 24 hours the service you are not satisfied with for a collaborative solution.

  • ALL sales are final and non-refundable.

  • AT FLAWLESS FOREVER MED SPA, WE TAKEARGEBACK FRAUD SERIOUSLY AND WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!

  • Chargeback fraud occurs when a customer intentionally disputes a charge in order to receive a refund while keeping the product or service.
